From 1960 through the late 1980s, classic rock dominated the airwaves and could be heard everywhere. This was, in my opinion, the greatest musical era there has ever been and the best music will ever get. My opinions, however, contrast greatly from the majority of people my age, which is quite upsetting.
I really don’t understand what went wrong to lead everyone to think that Fetty Wap is better than Led Zeppelin. We went from amazing singers backed by some of the most amazingly talented musicians the world has ever seen, to people with little to no talent crooning behind synthesizers and having their voices patched up with autotune. It’s complete bullshit. I can’t even listen to The Rolling Stones at work without my employees calling it shit and putting on their millennial bullshit. I swear to God, the next person who turns off my classic rock in favor of this Shawn Mendez queer, I’m going to lose my shit.
